All new design. A packaging machine specially designed for  ice-cream, filling and sealing. A highly automated machine. The operation cycle, from  filling, sealing to product outfeed are fully automatically performed. It's a necessity in mass production line.

Applicable Products:

ice-cream  jelly, milk, jam juice,mineral water and so on.

l         Feeding cup by hand

l         Two-step piston filling device permits adjustment of filling quantity.

l         Two-step sealing make sure the film firm, and have a high percent of finished product.

l         Feeding materials from charging bucket automatically.

l         Single membrane sealing.

l         The photoelectric tracing device can be assure of the seal design correct.   

l         Stainless steel sealing knife for rust-free performance.                                                      

l         Independent temperature control on each mold. The lamp lights up if a malfunction occurs in the heating system.

l         According to the buyers demands, the imported components and equipped with PLC system can be added to the machine, and the date-printing device are also added

l         According to the buyers demands, adding some materials , such as fruit flesh , calcium grain, solid particle to the cups.
